Terms & Conditions

• Reservation is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Q-breaks reserves the right to replace or provide alternative accommodation of a reasonable similar category if the accommodation at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Universal Studio Orlando or Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Lake Buena Vista is unavailable.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 persons per room, no extra bed is allowed.
• No exchange fee or usage fee is required.
• Booking must be made at least 45 days prior to check-in date and must be made to customercare@q-breaks.com (Please quote “Fun Filled Orlando” during booking)
• Black-out dates include:
o 22 Dec 2011 – 4 Jan 2012 and
o 29 Mar 2012 – 18 Apr 2012
• As this is a special promotion, once booking is confirmed, NO CANCELLATION is allowed.
• Guest Certificate fee of US$50 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered buyer.
• Package is NON-REFUNDABLE and not valid during peak season or major holidays in U.S.A.
• Validity period for this package is from 1 June 2011 to 20 December 2012 (excluding above mentioned black-out dates), NO EXTENSION of the validity period is allowed.
• This package is NOT for resale or commercial purposes.
