• Reservation is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Q-breaks reserves the right to replace or provide alternative accommodation of a reasonable similar category if the accommodation at Hotel Grand Chancellor is unavailable.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 persons per room, no extra bed is allowed.
• No exchange fee or usage fee is required.
• Booking must be made at least 45 days prior to check-in date and must be made to customercare@q-breaks.com (Please quote “Singapore Sensation” during booking)
• As this is a special promotion, once booking is confirmed, NO CANCELLATION is allowed.
• Guest Certificate fee of US$50 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered buyer.
• Package is NON-REFUNDABLE and not valid during peak season or major holidays and events in Singapore.
• Validity period for this package is from 1 June 2011 to 30 March 2012 (excluding peak or major holidays and events in Singapore), NO EXTENSION of the validity period is allowed.
